Please indicate a deadline for your needs. Some designs will take longer such as website designs and depending on work load. Most of my logo designs are done within a week. I will send proofs or concept ideas to your first for decision making and edit changes. Once the project is finalized and payment has been made in full, a copy of the digital file will be sent to you.

Please be sure you send all info pertaining to the horse you are advertising. This includes, but is not limited to, pedigree, year foaled, sex, height, 5, 6 or 7-Panel status, color panel (if you have it), LTE, PE, show record, sire record, produce record, futurities and other programs the horse is nominated to or eligible for, location, owner name, phone number and email (street address optional). If the horse is a stallion, I need where the horse is standing and contact info for the facility he is standing, stud fee, shipping and collection fees, booking fees, chute fees, early booking incentives, sale prices, etc.

If you have existing brands, logos or a color scheme, be prepared to e-mail them or mail them hard copy. If you are starting from scratch, you will need to pick some colors that you prefer as well as any ideas you have envisioned. Indicate if there is a certain font such as script/cursive, block or calligraphy. Stay simple and classy. I will work from your ideas to develop samples.

You will need to email me at dbmgraphics@yahoo.com text and photos that are needed for each page of your website. A list of categories you want listed such as About, Contact, Services, Shop, etc. Your website design does not include the cost of web hosting as that will be paid by you. Think about the domain name you will want for your site. All of my websites are developed using Wix Developer. I will guide you through what hosting package is most suitable for your needs. I will need to know what you are looking to design such as barrel wraps/covers, publication ad, stickers & labels or event flyers. I will need all the necessary information and dimensions that will be required for designing purposes.

You may decide to take over the day to day up keep of your website or keep me as the system administrator to the website. Any changes needed for the site, you can email me at dbmgraphics@yahoo.com and I will update the site as necessary. I will bill on a monthly basis for changes if there are any. You will not receive a bill if there have been no changes. My hourly rate is $55 an hour.
